Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Phlebotomist to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate should be passionate about providing exceptional patient care and have a strong understanding of the technical and scientific aspects of phlebotomy.

Responsibilities

1. Perform phlebotomy functions such as obtaining blood samples from patients.
2. Ensure that specimens are accurately labeled and stored correctly, in accordance with laboratory regulations.
3. Conduct tests on urine, blood, and other specimens to diagnose, treat or prevent diseases or other medical conditions.

Qualifications

The successful candidate should have at least one year of experience in a clinical or hospital setting performing phlebotomy duties. Familiarity with medical terminology, laboratory techniques, safety protocols, and quality control procedures is essential. An awareness of current advances in laboratory technology is desirable. Candidates must possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with medical staff and patients alike.

Compensation

We offer a competitive salary of 1200 AED per month for this role, with excellent benefits including health insurance, performance bonuses, paid holidays/vacations/sick leave, etc. We are open to considering foreign applicants for this position.
