Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager (m/f/d) who will drive strategic business development, optimize processes and lead growth projects. You will develop long-term strategies, assume management responsibility and drive company growth. Your area of responsibility:

1. Strategic business development: You identify growth opportunities and develop innovative processes that help us to further expand our market position. You lead the business development team and ensure that strategic planning and implementation are successfully driven forward.
2. Process optimization and implementation: With your deep understanding of business administration, management, IT and financial indicators, you optimize existing processes and implement them sustainably. You always keep the big picture in mind and understand the relationships within the company.
3. Project responsibility at the highest level: You plan, manage and implement business-critical projects that have a direct impact on company growth. Your experience in project management will help you to manage projects independently and successfully and to deliver high-quality results on time.
4. Leadership and teamwork: You take on a leading role, motivate your team and promote the further development of each individual member. You work closely with all relevant departments to achieve our strategic goals.
