Job description

We are Hiring a Potential and Enthusiastic Retail Sales Executive for one of our Potential Client's in UAE.

The Technical Sales Executive should be highly resilient, with a deep desire to win, maintain, and expand relationships with assigned and new channel partners based on geography, channel & market.

Job Responsibilities Include:

  1. Identify and reach out to potential clients (traders) in the UAE to introduce and sell tile adhesive, grout, stone care products, and flooring products.
  2. Provide technical support and product information to clients, ensuring all queries are addressed.
  3. Provide training for various levels stakeholders.
  4. Prepare quotes, proposals, and sales reports as required.
  5. Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other events to promote the company and its products.
  6. Keep up to date with market trends and competitor activity.
  7. Sales targets: Meeting or exceeding sales targets set by the company on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis.
  8. Revenue growth: Contributing to the growth of the company's revenue by securing new business and maintaining existing clients.
  9. Client acquisition: Acquiring new clients and expanding the company's customer base.
  10. Customer satisfaction: Ensuring that clients are satisfied with the products and services provided, and that they continue to do business with the company.
  11. Market share: Increasing the company's market share in the tile adhesive, grout, stone care, and flooring products market.
  12. Product knowledge: Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the company's products and being able to provide technical support and product information to clients.
  13. Collaboration: Working effectively with the marketing, customer service, and technical teams to ensure that the company's products are positioned and marketed effectively.

Desired Candidate Profile

Desired Skills:

  1. Minimum 1 to 2 years similar channel sales experience in the construction industry, preferably working with tile & stone showrooms, hardware, paint, and cement.
  2. Valid driver’s license for UAE.
  3. The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  4. The ability to effectively negotiate and close deals, including understanding the client's needs, compromising, and handling objections.
  5. A deep understanding of the company's products and services, as well as the ability to explain technical details to clients.
  6. A focus on meeting the needs of the customer and providing excellent customer service.
  7. The ability to take initiative and work independently, as well as the drive to exceed sales targets and goals.
  8. The ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs, and to adjust sales strategies as needed.
  9. Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or a related field.
