As a result of our continued growth, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Bilingual Senior Administrative Assistant to join our Project Management and Construction Management (PM/CM) Division. You will be responsible for the technical translation of construction and bid documents from English to Arabic and vice versa. In addition, you will provide administrative support and work on any ongoing office-based projects.
Language Proficiency:
Arabic - Fluent / Excellent
English - Fluent / Excellent
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Translation or related discipline or Secretarial Diploma is essential with a minimum of 5 years post-graduate experience ideally within an Architectural, Engineering, or Construction consultancy environment in the Gulf Region.
