Our services include Hard services- Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) Services and Soft services- Cleaning and Janitorial, Landscaping and Ground maintenance, security services, pest control, facade cleaning.

We are currently recruiting for a Multi Skilled Civil Technician.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Carry out ceramic tiling, retiling, silicon, and grouting work.
2. Perform brick laying, hollow block work, cement plaster work, and casting of plain cement concrete.
3. Modify and install marble tops and granite panels for wash basins and kitchen counters.
4. Prepare surfaces for paint application, including sanding, filling, joint repair, and cleaning work.
5. Execute all types of painting work such as application of water-based, oil-based, epoxy paints, and topcoat paints.
6. Ensure proper application on gypsum, cement, wood, and blocks.
7. Demonstrate expertise in furniture carpentry, masonry, and painting works.
8. Perform maintenance, repair, and installation tasks with high attention to detail.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Relevant ITI qualification or equivalent technical certification.
2. Hands-on experience in civil maintenance and repair tasks.
3. A valid UAE driving license is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,300.00 - AED2,600.00 per month
