About the role:

The Marketing Manager will work closely with the Food Service Chains Team, the Creation and Application teams, as well as key stakeholders to support them in building the Food Service Chains business through innovation and proactive concept creation. The position plays a key role in supporting Foodservice Chains through effective planning and execution with all marketing tools including strategic planning, consumer and market research, trend and taste analysis, and menu mapping.

Key responsibilities

  • Tailor corporate calendar campaigns led by insight to MEA Chains (e.g., Smoke & Grill, Tastesense).
  • Help elevate sales on strategic pillars (e.g., brands, preservation).
  • Support co-branding initiatives, developing relationships with other marketing functions (e.g., PepsiCo, Tabasco, Coca-Cola).
  • Manage relationships with designated marketing leads in top customers (e.g., Starbucks, McDonald’s, KFC).
  • Support sales team in developing presentations for gold tier customer interactions.
  • Track, report, and evaluate Kerry and key competitors' LTO across MEA.
  • Track and report chains activities across other regions (APMEA, Europe, North America).
  • Lead engagement in top customers, trade shows, competitions, etc.
  • Lead ad hoc research development for menu development, LTOs, and proactive sales for top customers.
  • Lead the Trends Express quarterly newsletter.

Qualifications and skills

  • Related Bachelor’s Degree & strong passion for marketing and food/food technology.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in FMCG/Food & Beverage marketing/product management in a multinational company environment.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills in analyzing consumer/marketing/sales data and anticipating customer needs.
  • Strong project time management skills; ability to manage multiple details and deadlines in a matrix organization.
  • Strong consulting and facilitation skills (diplomatic and collaborative).
  • High energy, can-do approach, and high level of emotional intelligence.
  • A passion for actively engaging across the business and building partnerships based on trust and integrity.
  • Experience working within the Middle East.
  • Experience working for or with QSR or coffee shop chain customers in the development of promotional programs, NPD, and menu development.
