Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Social Media platforms (Meta, Instagram, etc.).
• Scale campaigns effectively while maintaining cost efficiency and high ROI.
• Build, analyze, and optimize marketing funnels to drive conversions.
• Conduct in-depth performance analysis and provide actionable insights to improve KPIs.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and techniques in digital advertising to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in running performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, and more).
• Proven track record of scaling ad campaigns successfully.
• In-depth understanding of marketing funnels, customer journeys, and conversion optimization.
• Analytical mindset with expertise in tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other performance-tracking platforms.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Passion for e-commerce and knowledge of tennis or padel is a plus!
