Job Description

• Provide comprehensive driving instruction to students, including both theoretical and practical lessons.
• Assess students' driving abilities and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop personalized lesson plans based on students' individual needs and progress.
• Ensure students understand and follow all traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Teach defensive driving techniques to help students anticipate and avoid potential hazards.
• Demonstrate and explain proper vehicle maintenance and care.
• Provide feedback and guidance to help students develop safe and responsible driving habits.
• Administer driving tests and evaluate students' readiness for obtaining a driver's license.
• Maintain accurate records of students' progress and attendance.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in traffic laws and regulations to provide accurate instruction.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Certification as a driving instructor.
• Proven experience as a driving instructor or in a related field.
• Strong knowledge of traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Patience and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to provide constructive feedback.
• Flexibility to work with students of different ages and skill levels.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual learning styles.
