Senior Materials Engineer

Specific Accountabilities:

1. Coordination and implementation of Piping material and engineering activities.
2. Maintaining design integrity and quality within the business unit/project team.
3. Appraisal, training, and development of personnel.
4. Promoting health, safety, and environmental awareness.
5. Quality Assurance: Responsible for working within the provisions and guidelines of the Quality Assurance system relevant to the Business Unit.
6. Safety: Responsible for personal safety and safe working practices for the Business Unit. Understand and follow OH&S procedures.

Essential Skills/Experience:

1. Capable of producing specifications for Piping materials, Valves, and Special Piping items.
2. Knowledge of Industry Piping Design codes, Pipe Fitting codes, and Valve codes.
