Real Estate Consultant

We are looking to employ an enthusiastic and highly motivated candidate as property consultant to assist clients in making sound property investment decisions. The property consultant’s responsibilities include developing and sustaining good working relationships with customers and developers, inspecting properties with clients. You should also be able to correctly inform clients of market conditions and trends.

To be successful as a property consultant, you should be proactive and keep abreast of the latest developments in property laws. Ultimately, an exceptional property consultant should be able to demonstrate effective negotiation skills and secure the best real estate deals for clients.

Property Consultant Responsibilities:

• The ideal candidate will be responsible for finding prospective clients, understanding their needs, suggesting the right property to the prospective clients with the aim of closing the deal.
• Conduct meetings and close deals.
• Knowledge of New and Present Real Estate Projects in Dubai.
• Self-driven and ambitious.
• Smart presentation and professionalism.
• Excellent communication skills (English), other languages like Arabic, Russian, Chinese would be much of a bonus.
• Based in UAE.
