Sales Support Administrator
Job description
Job Responsibilities:
- Managing the marketing and sales events in international locations.
- Coordinating with vendors and agencies to arrange domestic and international events and roadshows.
- Preparing and managing purchase orders (PO) and payment requests (PR) for vendor payments.
- Coordinating with marketing and finance departments to ensure timely release of payments.
- Managing annual awards, quarterly incentive offers calculations, and related payouts.
- Overseeing marketing and events EDMs and communications to all stakeholders.
- Maintaining the master event calendar, scheduling meetings, and coordinating with different stakeholders.
- Monitoring and maintaining the weekly schedule of the broker management team.
- Organizing and providing reports and information on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Handling new broker registrations and agreement renewals.
- Making travel arrangements for internal and external staff.
- Keeping Broker Portal information up to date.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess a valid driver's license and have access to a car.
- Experience or knowledge of CRM tools such as Salesforce, Zoho, Freshworks, etc.
- Ability to create reports in Excel and prepare presentations for management.
- Capability to manage teams if required.
- Proficiency in Excel VLOOKUP.
- Willingness to join immediately.
