Job description

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Managing the marketing and sales events in international locations.
  2. Coordinating with vendors and agencies to arrange domestic and international events and roadshows.
  3. Preparing and managing purchase orders (PO) and payment requests (PR) for vendor payments.
  4. Coordinating with marketing and finance departments to ensure timely release of payments.
  5. Managing annual awards, quarterly incentive offers calculations, and related payouts.
  6. Overseeing marketing and events EDMs and communications to all stakeholders.
  7. Maintaining the master event calendar, scheduling meetings, and coordinating with different stakeholders.
  8. Monitoring and maintaining the weekly schedule of the broker management team.
  9. Organizing and providing reports and information on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  10. Handling new broker registrations and agreement renewals.
  11. Making travel arrangements for internal and external staff.
  12. Keeping Broker Portal information up to date.

Job Requirements:

  1. Candidate must possess a valid driver's license and have access to a car.
  2. Experience or knowledge of CRM tools such as Salesforce, Zoho, Freshworks, etc.
  3. Ability to create reports in Excel and prepare presentations for management.
  4. Capability to manage teams if required.
  5. Proficiency in Excel VLOOKUP.
  6. Willingness to join immediately.
