Job Title: Restaurant Manager

Location: Abu-Dhabi

Salary: 1800 AED/Month (Negotiable)

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate should be an immigrant who is passionate about providing excellent customer service and creating a unique dining experience for our customers.

Responsibilities include:

1. Managing daily operations, including staffing, inventory management, and budgeting
2. Ensuring customer satisfaction through quick resolution of customer complaints
3. Developing menus and specials to maximize profits while maintaining high quality standards
4. Recruiting, training, and supervising staff to ensure effective service delivery
5. Overseeing safety and sanitation regulations in the kitchen and dining areas
6. Creating marketing strategies to increase revenue and improve brand image

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or related field preferred but not required
2. Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in a fast-paced environment
3. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate staff
4. Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
