We are looking for a talented, collaborative, and experienced marketer to design, develop, and execute marketing activities to help grow Accenture's business in the UAE in support of the Middle East Growth Strategy. To achieve this, the individual will be responsible for exploring new ways to position Accenture as a leading brand and drive consideration for our capabilities across target clients, recruits, and employees. In addition, the candidate will build connections in the local business community and help to position Accenture and its leaders in those communities.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute programs aligned to the ME Market Unit strategy and Accenture's global priorities. Programs include events & sponsorships, credentials development, direct marketing, digital marketing, and media relations outreach programs.
Play a strategic role in collaborating with other marketing teams (CRM, Market Hive, Digital marketing team, global marketing teams) in the organization.
Be responsible for aligning global campaigns to local priorities, activating content/campaign localization, and implementation.
Provide strategic counsel to leadership teams and key stakeholders.
Oversee program execution to ensure successful completion in terms of quality, effectiveness, time, and budget.
Manage marketing budget for the area of responsibility.
YOUR EXPERIENCE:
Basic Qualifications:
Education: Relevant degree from a respected university or business school.
Work experience: At least six years of marketing & communications and leadership experience, ideally from a large organization or large international agency.

Solid English written and oral communication.
