Head Waiter
Job description
- Proven experience as a Head Waitress or similar role in a high-end, fine dining restaurant, preferably with a focus on French cuisine.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the UAE.
- Knowledgeable in using Macro system.
- Capable of working in a smoking area.
- Must be 5’7” in height.
- A degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills with a track record of motivating and developing staff.
- Extensive knowledge of French food and mock tail drinks, including the ability to make informed recommendations to guests.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong emphasis on guest service and satisfaction.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and attention to detail.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
