Job description

Proven experience as a Head Waitress or similar role in a high-end, fine dining restaurant, preferably with a focus on French cuisine.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in the UAE.
Knowledgeable in using Macro system.
Capable of working in a smoking area.
Must be 5’7” in height.
A degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
Exceptional leadership and team management skills with a track record of motivating and developing staff.
Extensive knowledge of French food and mock tail drinks, including the ability to make informed recommendations to guests.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong emphasis on guest service and satisfaction.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and attention to detail.
Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
