Talent Acquisition Lead – Design and Engineering

With some of our exciting launches such as Burj Azizi (the second tallest tower in the world), Monaco Mansions and Azizi Venice – Dubai’s new luxurious Venetian-Inspired Waterfront community, we are rapidly expanding our capabilities in house and now seek a Talent Acquisition Lead to join an already formidable team of 30 Recruiting Professionals.

As Talent Acquisition Lead, based from our Al Hudaiba Awards office in Dubai, you will have the opportunity to lead a dynamic team of professionals and help shape the future of our Engineering and Design department. You will be responsible for managing an existing team of 9 Recruitment Professionals while overseeing all aspects of the recruitment process.

Responsibilities include

  • Overseeing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, requisition management, interviewing, and selection for senior and mid-level engineering and design roles across a team of 9 Recruitment Professionals.
  • Creating and implementing comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to meet the recruitment demands of the Engineering and Design department in line with company growth objectives.
  • Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on recruitment priorities, timelines, and expectations.
  • Ensuring the best candidate experience, maintaining consistent and accurate communication throughout the process.
  • Leveraging job boards, social media, networking events, and recruitment agencies to maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
  • Providing expertise on external talent market to build recruitment strategies and influence hiring decisions.
  • Working on enhancing the company’s employer brand to attract top-tier candidates in the competitive real estate development industry.

Here's what you'll need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success managing large-scale recruitment for engineering, design, or technical roles within real estate development, construction, or engineering sectors within the Middle East.
  • Experience in a Senior Recruiting position, responsible for the performance of a team of recruitment professionals.
  • Able to demonstrate the ability to work within a fast-paced role, creating urgency for recruitment delivery, and be highly organised.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders, establish credibility and influence stakeholders.
  • Proven experience managing a high requisition workload, utilising full-desk recruiting strategies in a proactive manner.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
