Job Description:

  1. ITIL – Incident/Problem/Change Management
  2. SLA – P1/P2/P3/P4
  3. Experience on ITSM Tools
  4. Working experiences on Asset Management
  5. Experience of Operating System install and configure
  6. Should be able to resolve issues related to Email/Teams/Outlook/Zoom
  7. Handle Troubleshoot Queries
  8. Handling Wifi issues
  9. What is administration command prompt
  10. Able to deal with frustrated in-house employee facing issues with his computer
  11. Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments
  12. Working knowledge of office automation products and computer peripherals, like printers and scanners
