Job Description:
- ITIL – Incident/Problem/Change Management
- SLA – P1/P2/P3/P4
- Experience on ITSM Tools
- Working experiences on Asset Management
- Experience of Operating System install and configure
- Should be able to resolve issues related to Email/Teams/Outlook/Zoom
- Handle Troubleshoot Queries
- Handling Wifi issues
- What is administration command prompt
- Able to deal with frustrated in-house employee facing issues with his computer
- Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments
- Working knowledge of office automation products and computer peripherals, like printers and scanners
