We’re looking for a results-driven German native Sales Representative with excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out, engage, and service German/German speaking prospects. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for these customers in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability.
Responsibilities – German Market
Present, promote , and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet theirneeds.
Establish, develop , and maintain positive business and customerrelationships.
Identify prospective customers, lead generation , andconversion.
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximizesatisfaction.
Achieve agreed - upon sales targets and outcomes withinschedule.
Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales , and statusreports.
Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
Continuously improve through feedback.
Requirements and skills
Native German speaker
Experience in the luxury hospitality, luxury experiences, and luxury concierge services industry is highly advantageous.
Proven work experience as a Sales Representative.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professionalrelationships.
Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record insales.
Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills.
Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audienceneeds.
Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
