The opportunity

We are seeking a strategic and dynamic Communications and PR Manager to elevate Core42’s brand presence and enhance our communication efforts, both internally and externally. The ideal candidate will be a creative storyteller and skilled communicator with a proven track record of managing corporate communications, media relations, and public relations strategies. This role will play a key part in crafting Core42’s narrative, building brand awareness in regional and global markets, and engaging key stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities

  • Develop and implement an integrated communications plan to amplify Core42’s brand across internal and external audiences.
  • Review or write messaging to ensure transparency, consistency, accurate branding, and brand voice.
  • Contribute to the brand and product content strategy for the designated business unit, partnering with cross- functional teams to define key themes, messages, and channels.
  • Cultivate relationships with media, analysts, and industry thought leaders.
  • Draft press releases, executive statements, and thought leadership pieces.
  • Create technical content for blogs, print, TV and digital media, including global press releases, blog posts, product announcements.
  • Manage media inquiries and coordinate interviews to drive coverage
  • Create and execute internal communication initiatives to engage employees and foster company culture.
  • Develop leadership messaging, internal newsletters, and event communication.
  • Collaborate with HR to strengthen the employer brand and support recruitment efforts.
  • Support executive team communications, including speechwriting and key presentations.
  • Lead crisis communication efforts, ensuring timely and transparent messaging.
  • Drive communications for product launches, partnerships, and external events.
  • Translate nuanced and complex business topics into communication contents and strategies that drive engagement with our employees and partners.

Qualifications

What we’re looking for

Required skills / qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 10+ years of communication experience
  • Interest for technology, basic technical knowledge in AI, data centers, consumer electronics, etc.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Project management experience and ability to manage multiple deadlines
  • Experience running comms programs, understanding of comms approaches, platforms, channels and strategies
  • Experience with SEO best practices and content optimization
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, startup-like environment
  • Fluent in English

Preferred skills/qualifications

  • Familiarity with content management systems and marketing automation tools
  • Fluent in Arabic is a plus
  • Knowledge of AI industry trends and market dynamics
