Understand relevant demographics and key consumer drivers of the GCC market and HNI markets
Work closely with the brand team to implement SQ initiatives in key pockets
Work closely with the Central marketing organisation to implement sourcing strategies
Work closely with marketing and sales to execute community, brand and developer specific events
Track the local media and work with content team to tailor PR and content strategies
Track spends, MIS and report back to the CMO, board and Transaction Leader for the market.
Track developer relationships and update all teams on their launch calendar for timely response
Work with project marketing teams on launch amplification and volume closures
Collaborate with design and marketing teams to push social media content on relevant pages
Plan shoots and listings of developer and investor inventory on corporate marketing platform
Work with digital team to promote various hero projects/ segments
Do daily/ weekly / monthly / quarterly meetings and updates with the leadership.
Understand buyer profiles, create analysis and reports to align performance and sales teams
Create a network of freelancers, video, production and design teams for timely execution
Work in collaboration with expert marketing dedicated per marketing division.
Understand ROI, pipelines and closing potential for all active / focus projects
Work as a team player with a can-do attitude and bias-for-action to ensure topline momentum as per AOP goals.
Learn new tools, techniques, best practices, strategies, by studying category, competition and other industries.
Follow system discipline, KRAs, best-practices, code-of-conduct and emerge as a top performer in marketing and a model associate for the brand and business.
Minimum Requirements:
3 – 8 years of direct marketing experience with a known brand.
Additional understanding / experience of Real Estate business will be preferred.
Ability to plan, manage, co-ordinate and handle vendors and meet business goals.
360o / working level understanding of brand, marketing, digital, events and activations for any product / service brand with emphasis on execution.
Education: Graduation / Post-graduate / MBA / Masters in communications/ marketing / business management with specialisation in marketing.
Candidates with the requisite experience from Tier 1 colleges and Industry will be preferred.
Fluency in English and any other second language language: Arabic/ Hindi/ Marathi / Urdu.
Expectations:
He/she must be driven, committed, detail oriented and be hands-on from planning to implementation.
Ability to drive execution and achieve KPIs of marketing, ROI, results for a mid-sized organisation.
Data proficiency, marketing planning, and ability to send timely updates, insights, upline / work-groups will be an expectation from the role.
