Job Description

A Senior Systems Analyst is responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing information systems solutions to meet organizational needs. This includes studying existing systems and business processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and translating requirements into technical specifications. The Senior Systems Analyst should have a strong understanding of information systems, data analysis, and business processes. They will work closely with stakeholders to ensure the successful development and implementation of systems solutions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing systems and business processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
• Gather and document user requirements, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for system development and enhancement.
• Collaborate with developers, testers, and other IT professionals to design and implement systems solutions.
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for proposed system changes.
• Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations.
• Perform data analysis and create reports to support decision-making processes.
• Develop and deliver training and user documentation for new system implementations.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for system issues.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a systems analyst or similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in system analysis and design methodologies.
• Knowledge of programming languages, databases, and operating systems.
