Job Description

1. Strategically manage warehouse in compliance with company’s policies and procedures.
2. Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance operations.
3. Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization.
4. Adhere to all warehousing, handling and shipping legislation requirements.
5. Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security.
6. Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system.
7. Maintain inward raw material stocks and also issue the stocks to the production on a timely basis.
8. Assess and raise request for reordering of stock based on MOQ.
9. Manage the team efficiently and ensure all stocks- raw materials & finished goods are well maintained.
10. Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing goods.
11. Ensure accuracy and efficiency in inventory management and order fulfillment processes.
12. Supervise and train warehouse staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
13. Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure product integrity.
14. Manage and optimize warehouse space utilization.
15. Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
16. Should be familiar with stocking systems and computer operations.
17. Knowledge of Microsoft Office would be an added advantage.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Qualification: Post-Graduation with specialization in Warehouse Management.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management.
3. Knowledge of warehouse management systems, such as SAP, etc.
4. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
5. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
6. Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
8. Experience in the logistics or supply chain industry.
