A Landscaping Company is seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator to join the team. The Operations Coordinator will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth functioning of day-to-day operations, with a focus on providing exceptional service to both internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide consistent high-quality service to customers, both internal and external.
- Communicate with customers via telephone or in person to provide information about shipments or services, process cancellations, and address complaints.
- Maintain records of client interactions or transactions, including details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.
- Coordinate with Managers & Supervisors on a micro level to expedite processes.
- Maintain files, issue slips, and generate reports related to projects and maintenance activities.
- Manage materials received notes to ensure accurate inventory tracking.
- Prepare monthly reports and tracking lists to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Coordinate plant and machinery as per site requirements, ensuring timely availability and utilization.
- Manage support functions covering planning, tracking, reporting, quality management, and internal communication.
- Assist other administrative staff with overflow work, including word processing, data entry, document scanning, and online tasks.
- Time sheet management and service sheet management processes.
Requirements:
- 1-2 Years Experience - Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
- Experience in customer service or operations coordination preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
- Typing speed of 40-50 words per minute is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the role.
Salary: AED 2500 to AED 3000 Per Month. Includes Visa, Health insurance, Yearly Air ticket, and opportunities for professional development and advancement in a positive and supportive work environment.
