Inside Sales Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Coordinator to join our team in the Gulf region. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in the Gulf region. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating sales activities, managing customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Inside Sales Coordinator will work closely with the sales team and other departments to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities

1. Coordinate and manage sales activities, including receiving orders, checking the availability of the product, coordinating with the factory, delivery management, and logistics.
2. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
3. Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
4. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
5. Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
6. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing customers.
7. Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
8. Attend trade shows and events to generate leads and build relationships.
9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments.

Skills and Qualifications

1. 3-5 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in the Gulf region.
2. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
3. Experience in electrical-related products like cable, hazardous products, junction box, or any engineering products.
4. Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Strong organizational and time management skills.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
