Contribute to the follow-up and supervision of the implementation and enforcement of health and safety procedures and quality standards and include all matters of safety, such as fire, electricity, and protective equipment for safety and quality.
Coordination with the Director of Maintenance to perform emergency maintenance that occurs during the production process through forms reporting.
Adjust all documents relating to the production department and save in the records taking into account the implementation of all procedures and documentation system.
Study and analysis of all the special problems of production lines with an engineer and to find solutions to avoid such failures and interruptions.
Participate in the preparation of operational procedures work and participate in staff training on an ongoing basis through the training schedule to increase the effectiveness of the employee and reduce expected mistakes, especially after the work of any amendment to the staff positions.
Coordination with the warehouses supervisor to maintain a moderate proportion of stocks and ensure compliance with the application of FIFO system.
Coordination with the Department of Quality to ensure the implementation of quality systems and quality assurance and other administrative systems.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Experience of not less than 3 years in the food industry.
