Division Procurement Manager: Lead the Way in Procurement Excellence

We're seeking an exceptional leader to spearhead our clients procurement efforts in the Oil & Gas industry. As a Division Procurement Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving procurement strategies, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring timely delivery of materials and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute procurement plans, ensuring alignment with project objectives and client requirements
• Lead and manage a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with vendors, ensuring competitive pricing, quality, and timely delivery
• Drive cost savings initiatives, leveraging market intelligence and negotiation expertise
• Ensure compliance with procurement procedures, client contractual requirements, and industry regulations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Project Control, Construction, and Quality Assurance.

Requirements:

• University degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• 10+ years of experience in procurement, preferably in the Oil & Gas industry
• Proven track record of leading and managing high-performing teams
• Experience with EPC projects above USD 50M
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems and procurement software
• Fluency in English, with excellent communication and negotiation skills
• High mobility and willingness to travel between home base office and project sites
