ISP Regional Marketing Manager Role Profile
Purpose of Role
We are seeking a creative and impact-orientated marketing manager to promote both ISP and our individual schools in a way that builds positive memorability as well as qualified leads. In this role, you will be designing and optimizing our marketing strategies and campaigns, whilst ensuring top-notch marketing operations and stakeholder management.
This role will report directly to the Regional Head of Marketing, with a high level of collaboration with the Regional Head of Admissions, school Principals, school marketing assistants, and marketing agency support network.
The ideal candidate has experience in developing and executing high impact omnichannel marketing campaigns in the private education sector while managing and inspiring a large number of stakeholders. The manager should be equally proficient with day-to-day marketing operations, long-term strategy, and creative content development (written and visual), and strive under tight deadlines to meet the company's changing needs.
Due to the International profile of the School, it will be helpful for the post holder to be fluent in both English and Arabic, in oral and written form, however not essential.

Duties listed in this job description will be discussed with the post holder when appointed with some flexibility in order to play to the strengths of the post holder and the needs of the school.
In addition to the specific duties listed above, the post holder will also be expected to undertake other such reasonable responsibilities and tasks that may from time to time be assigned by the Head of School, or the Divisional CEO for (ME & Europe) and to uphold the core values of The International Schools Partnership. They must follow all school and regional processes that will fall within their job roles.
