Financial Director - Digital assets

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

• Develop and implement financial strategies for digital assets.
• Provide strategic recommendations to the CFO and executive management team.
• Lead financial planning and analysis for digital asset initiatives.

Financial Management:

• Oversee the financial operations related to digital assets, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis.
• Manage the financial risks associated with digital assets.

Compliance and Risk Management:

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Develop and implement risk management strategies for digital assets.
• Monitor and manage emerging risks related to digital currencies and assets.

Technology Integration:

• Drive the digitization and automation of financial processes related to digital assets.
• Collaborate with IT and other departments to integrate digital asset management systems.
• Stay updated on the latest technological advancements in digital finance.

Team Leadership:

• Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the finance team.
• Provide training and development opportunities for team members.

Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor&aposs degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
• Professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, or equivalent.

Experience:

• Minimum of 12 years of experience in finance, with a focus on digital assets.
• Proven track record of managing financial operations and strategy in a digital environment.
• Experience in risk management and compliance related to digital currencies.
