Job Description

• Manage end-to-end visa processing for employees, ensuring compliance with immigration laws and company policies.
• Coordinate with government bodies to facilitate work permits, residency applications, and renewals.
• Assist employees with documentation required for visa applications, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Monitor visa expiration dates and initiate timely renewals to avoid any disruptions in employment.
• Handle cancellation processes for departing employees, ensuring all legal requirements are met.
• Maintain accurate records of all visa applications and cancellations in the HR database.
• Provide guidance to employees regarding visa-related queries and procedures, enhancing their understanding.
• Stay updated with changes in immigration laws and policies, adapting processes accordingly.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles focused on visa processing and cancellation.
• Experience working in multinational companies with diverse employee backgrounds.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with employees and government officials effectively.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing regulations and processes.
