About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Business Partner to join our HR team. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing competitive compensation and benefits programs that attract, retain, and motivate top talent. Additionally, the role will focus on enhancing the company’s employer brand and talent acquisition presence, ensuring we position ourselves as a top employer in the industry.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of compensation strategies, benefits administration, employer branding, and workforce planning, aligning HR initiatives with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Compensation & Benefits Management

  1. Develop and maintain salary structures, pay scales, and job grading systems.
  2. Conduct market benchmarking and job evaluations to ensure competitive and fair compensation.
  3. Manage annual salary reviews, promotions, and adjustments.
  4. Oversee variable pay programs, including bonuses, incentives, and commissions.
  5. Design and manage employee benefits programs (healthcare, retirement plans, allowances, etc.).
  6. Ensure benefits offerings are cost-effective and aligned with industry best practices.
  7. Work with external providers to negotiate and optimize employee benefits packages.

Employer Branding & Talent Acquisition Strategy

  1. Develop and execute employer branding initiatives to enhance the company’s presence as an employer of choice.
  2. Collaborate with marketing & HR teams to create career content, recruitment campaigns, and social media presence.
  3. Strengthen relationships with universities, job fairs, and talent networks to attract top talent.
  4. Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to develop competitive job offers and hiring strategies.
  5. Support initiatives that enhance employee value proposition (EVP) and ensure alignment with company culture.

Performance & Incentives Management

  1. Develop and implement performance-based bonus and incentive plans.
  2. Align compensation policies with business objectives and talent retention strategies.
  3. Partner with Finance & HR teams to analyze the effectiveness of reward programs.

Compliance & HR Analytics

  1. Ensure compensation and benefits policies comply with local labor laws and regulations.
  2. Maintain internal equity and prevent pay discrimination issues.
  3. Conduct salary benchmarking studies and provide data-driven insights.
  4. Use HR analytics to recommend pay adjustments and workforce planning strategies.

Employee Communication & Engagement

  1. Provide employees with clear information about compensation structures and benefits offerings.
  2. Handle pay-related queries and ensure transparency in compensation policies.
  3. Work with HR teams to drive employee engagement and retention strategies.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  2. 5+ years of experience in compensation, benefits, and rewards management.
  3. Strong understanding of salary structures, benchmarking, job evaluation, and incentive plans.
  4. Experience in employer branding, talent attraction, and workforce planning.
  5. Knowledge of local labor laws, tax regulations, and compliance standards.
  6. Strong analytical skills with experience using HR analytics tools & HRIS systems (SAP, Workday, Oracle, etc.).
  7. Excellent communication skills and the ability to partner with senior leadership.
  8. Certification in Compensation & Benefits (CCP, GRP, or equivalent) is a plus.
