Operations Manager
Job description
- Lead the overall delivery and performance of complex projects and operations management.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure mutual success and contract longevity.
- Oversee multi-disciplined teams, including People Managers and support functions such as finance and procurement.
- Drive operational excellence through effective leadership and strategy implementation.
- Ensure compliance with international and local statutory requirements, as well as industry best practices in facilities management.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Over 10 years of experience in complex project and operations management.
- At least 8 years of experience managing multi-disciplined teams, including support functions.
- A Bachelor’s degree in a related field (industry accreditations are preferred).
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels.
- Knowledge of international and local statutory requirements, along with industry best practices in facilities management.
