We are looking for an experienced Office Administrator to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the office. The salary offered is 1000 AED per month.

Responsibilities:
Providing administrative support to the office by organizing records, filing documents, and managing calendars
Answering phone inquiries from clients and visitors
Maintaining relationships with customers by responding to their inquiries in a timely manner
Coordinating meetings and conference calls
Preparing agendas and taking minutes of meetings
Managing travel arrangements for staff members
Assisting with data entry tasks as needed
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field is preferred but not required
Previous experience working as an Office Administrator or similar role is desirable
Excellent verbal communication skills in English (preferably Arabic as well)
Highly organized with strong time management skills
