In this role, you will drive Operational efficiency and Business growth while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader who implements process optimization with Technology integration to enhance Business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Strategy: Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with company goals and growth targets.
• Process Optimization: Streamline workflows to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance client experience.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with company objectives and a high-performance culture.
• Client Management: Strengthen relationships with key clients, ensuring exceptional service and retention.
• Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and cost control, ensuring operational profitability.
• Risk & Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with industry regulations and best practices.
• Technology Integration: Implement innovative technology solutions to improve operational capabilities.
• Business Continuity: Develop and maintain crisis management and business continuity plans.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a COO, Operations Director, or in a senior leadership role within the UAE Insurance industry.
• Strong knowledge of insurance brokering operations, regulations, and industry trends.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent analytical, financial, and strategic planning abilities.
• Experience with process optimization, technology implementation, and change management.
