Key Responsibilities:

• Employee Relations: Act as the first point of contact for employee queries, resolving concerns and fostering a positive work environment.
• Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end recruitment and seamless onboarding for new hires.
• Policy Implementation: Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and labor laws.
• Performance Management: Support appraisal processes and assist in employee development initiatives.
• HR Operations: Oversee payroll, attendance, and benefits administration efficiently.
