Job description

Sells a subset of product or services directly or via partners to a large number of named accounts / non-named accounts / geographical territory.

What You’ll Do : Be the vital piece of the puzzle that connects us to the millions of businesses that need our help to evolve, by :

  1. Developing a pipeline of opportunities for our Primavera, Unifier and Aconex solutions & supporting products.
  2. Working with the sales consultant team and directly with potential customers to convert leads to sales and to meet an annual sales target.
  3. Working with prospects to understand their business needs and steer them towards our technology service solutions.
  4. Preparing and maintaining a sales forecast and delivering on your commitments.
  5. Developing and maintaining Target Account Plans for all prospects and clients, with defined strategies to optimize business opportunities.
  6. Ability to work with the Business Development and Marketing team for lead generation.
  7. Soliciting and maintaining contact with current and potential accounts at an executive level.
  8. Managing the contact plan for prospects and clients.
  9. Continuously supporting, servicing, and liaising with clients to ensure customer satisfaction, maintain rapport, and develop further sales opportunities.
  10. Managing the process of contract negotiation, developing an executive closing plan, and concluding deals properly and quickly.
  11. Representing the company on sales and product matters when dealing with existing or prospective clients.
  12. Preparing estimates and tenders in accordance with company sales and pricing policy.

Primary job duty is to sell business applications software / solutions and related services to prospective and existing customers. Manage sales through forecasting, account resource allocation, account strategy, and planning. Develop solution proposals encompassing all aspects of the application. Participate in the development, presentation, and sales of a value proposition. Negotiate pricing and contractual agreements to close the sale. Identify and develop strategic alignment with key third-party influencers.

  1. A proven track record of successfully selling into the construction industry, On-Prem and SaaS delivered software applications.
  2. Experience working with an Oracle Construction & Engineering Global Business Unit (CEGBU) reseller, partner, and/or implementer is a plus.
  3. Experience working with owner operators or with Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) contractors is also a plus.
  4. Experience working at a senior level within customer organizations and understanding their business needs.
  5. An ability to work cooperatively with prospects to steer them towards our product and service offering and to articulate their requirements throughout the organization.
  6. Outstanding sales, negotiation, communication, presentation, and writing skills.
  7. Ability to work with minimal supervision or guidance.
  8. Experience living and working in Saudi Arabia or having worked in Saudi Arabia before is a plus.
  9. Fluency in written and spoken English and Arabic.
  10. A structured approach and excellent organizational skills.
  11. Previous relevant experience in compiling bids and handling commercial aspects of the procurement process relating to the construction industry.
  12. Team player with strong interpersonal/communication skills.
  13. Excellent communication/negotiating/closing skills with prospects/customers.
  14. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required.
