Sales Director

We are looking for an experienced, passionate and motivated Sales professional to join our sales team as a Sales Director. The successful candidate should be able to generate sales by implementing a strong and sustainable strategy.

Responsibilities

1. Identifying business opportunities in the market and building excellent client relationships.
2. Maximizing sales by leading and training the team to achieve pre-set targets.
3. Identifying the team's weaknesses & strengths, and accordingly taking corrective actions.
4. Assisting in building up the sales teams in respect to team size, territories & projects to work on, training needs, targets assigned, motivation exercises, and setting KPIs accordingly.
5. Motivating, supporting, and closely monitoring the performance of the sales team ethically and participating in setting the related incentives.
6. Identifying results and reporting the same to the Sales Leaders periodically.
7. Planning, designing, and conducting appropriate selling schemes for each property that falls under his/her business responsibility.
8. Participating in key result areas & key performance indicator (KPIs) review process to establish areas of improvement.
9. Maintaining a high professional & ethical profile in line with the company standards.
10. Ensuring a thorough understanding of the local & regional real estate market and passing it to the entire team in a transparent manner.

Qualifications

Graduate or Diploma in sales or equivalent.

Required Skills

1. 12+ years of work experience within sales functions.
2. Minimum 3+ years of experience as Sr./Sales Director with Real Estate Developer within UAE.
3. Strong experience in managing the sales team.
4. Strong interpersonal & communication skills.
5. Hands-on experience in sales functions with excellent business sense & knowledge.
6. Able to keep a close eye on market trends and propose corrective actions accordingly.
