Senior Business System Analyst - SAP Finance

Job Responsibilities:

1. Works with organizations at all levels to maintain the corporate management information system for policy decision making.
2. Conducts feasibility studies, business cases, and project proposal reports.
3. Prepares user manuals and documentation for business system implementation.
4. Interfaces with IT during the design and implementation of IT-based business systems, providing support to IT as needed.
5. Provides support, advice, and business procedures to maintain data integrity within department business organizations.
6. Delivers training to operational and staff personnel to maximize the effectiveness of Business Systems.
7. Prepares conversion plans and user installation plans for applicable organizations.
8. Maintains communication with IT Liaison representatives in other departments for knowledge sharing.
9. Ensures alignment between system configuration and corporate policies.
10. Analyzes and evaluates current systems, identifies business and operational requirements, and assists in the design, development, and launch of systems to support core business functions.
11. Leads business system studies, reviews, recommends improvements, and enhances complex business systems within the assigned area.
12. Assumes the role of department representative in business system development and effectively represents the respective department.
