We are seeking a skilled and experienced Test Manager to lead and manage testing efforts for our SAP S/4HANA implementation project. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing end-to-end testing processes, including System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), performance testing, and regression testing. They will work closely with internal teams and vendor partners, leveraging tools such as Jira, Zephyr, or other test management tools to ensure seamless project delivery.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Role Details Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

Test Strategy & Planning:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive test strategy for SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.
• Define test plans, schedules, and milestones in alignment with project goals.

Team Management:

• Lead and manage cross-functional testing teams, including internal resources and vendor partner teams.
• Assign responsibilities, monitor progress, and provide guidance to ensure effective collaboration.

Testing Execution & Oversight:

• Oversee SIT, UAT, performance testing, and regression testing phases.
• Ensure all test scenarios, test cases, and scripts are developed, executed, and tracked efficiently.
• Identify, document, and manage defects using tools such as Jira (Zephyr).
• Validate fixes and coordinate retesting efforts.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Work closely with project stakeholders, including business teams, technical teams, and vendors, to ensure requirements are met.
• Facilitate UAT sessions, coordinate feedback, and ensure user requirements are translated into testable outcomes.

Reporting & Metrics:

• Provide regular updates to project leadership on testing progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.
• Generate and analyze testing metrics to assess project health and testing effectiveness.

Tool Utilization:

• Leverage tools like Jira, Zephyr, or similar test management platforms to streamline test case management, defect tracking, and reporting.
• Continuously assess and recommend process improvements and tools to enhance testing efficiency.
