Minimum Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience:
- 25 years of proven experience in IT recruitment, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
- Experience hiring for roles in software development, infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud computing, and other IT domains.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Familiarity with IT technical terminology, programming languages, and tools.
