We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Telesales Marketing Intern to join our team. As a Telesales Marketing Intern, you will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to support outreach efforts, promote products/services, and assist with customer relationship management. This internship will provide hands-on experience in sales, marketing strategies, and customer engagement.
Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound Telesales calls to potential customers, generating leads and promoting products/services.
Assist in developing and executing telemarketing campaigns aimed at increasing brand awareness and driving sales.
Qualify leads and gather customer data to support sales efforts.
Build and maintain a comprehensive customer database, ensuring data is up-to-date and accurate.
Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales opportunities in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the team to create compelling sales scripts and promotional materials.
Help identify new market opportunities and contribute to research and analysis.
Track and report on campaign results and sales performance.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Driven, willing to learn, with strong professionalism.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or IT background would be an added advantage.
Good computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software (Adobe Creative Suite and CRM).
Well-organized and detail-oriented.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
Knowledge of social media and marketing tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
