Job description
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist clients with a warm and professional demeanor.
Manage and coordinate appointment bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling.
Answer phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries, providing accurate information about services, treatments, and promotions.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring a pleasant ambiance.
Process payments, handle transactions, and manage cash register operations.
Collaborate with spa therapists and management to ensure seamless service delivery.
Address and resolve client complaints or issues in a timely and courteous manner.
Keep track of inventory and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role, preferably in a spa or hospitality setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic office equipment.
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
A friendly and professional appearance with a passion for customer service.
