Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage Building Information Models (BIM) for architectural projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
• Create and coordinate detailed 3D models, drawings, and construction documents using Revit and BIM-related software.
• Ensure seamless integration of architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines within the BIM environment.
• Implement and maintain BIM standards, templates, and workflows to optimize efficiency and collaboration.
• Conduct clash detection and model coordination using tools such as Navisworks and Dynamo.
• Work closely with designers, engineers, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Prepare and present BIM models and visualizations for internal teams and client presentations.
• Stay up to date with BIM technologies, industry trends, and UAE regulations related to digital construction.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
• 5-15 years of experience in architectural BIM modeling and coordination.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, Dynamo, AutoCAD, and other BIM-related software.
• Experience in parametric modeling, clash detection, and BIM documentation.
• Strong understanding of UAE building codes, authority requirements, and project standards.
• Knowledge of common data environments (CDE) such as BIM 360 is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills.
