Technical Support Services Coordinator - Abu Dhabi

An IT solutions company in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Technical Support Services Coordinator for a governmental firm.

Responsibilities:

  1. Applications will be received through the support and telephone system by the Department's staff in all areas.
  2. Transfer of applications received by the management staff each according to its competence.
  3. Solve some customer problems directly by phone.
  4. Follow up the status of the client's request by contacting the technician.
  5. Check the completion of the required services through the technical notes on all applications completed before closing fully.
  6. Carry out any other work requested by or on behalf of the IT Manager.
  7. Respond to customers according to international standards and practices.
  8. Answer all incoming calls to the Technical Support Desk.
  9. Analysis and initial processing of applications.
  10. Provide instant service to support internal and strategic customer accounts.

Requirements:

  1. At least 5 years of experience in a similar field in the IT department of a government department.
  2. At least 3 years of experience in using the Plus Desk Service Manage Engine.
  3. Mastering Arabic and English language.
