Technical Support Services Coordinator - Abu Dhabi
An IT solutions company in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Technical Support Services Coordinator for a governmental firm.
Responsibilities:
- Applications will be received through the support and telephone system by the Department's staff in all areas.
- Transfer of applications received by the management staff each according to its competence.
- Solve some customer problems directly by phone.
- Follow up the status of the client's request by contacting the technician.
- Check the completion of the required services through the technical notes on all applications completed before closing fully.
- Carry out any other work requested by or on behalf of the IT Manager.
- Respond to customers according to international standards and practices.
- Answer all incoming calls to the Technical Support Desk.
- Analysis and initial processing of applications.
- Provide instant service to support internal and strategic customer accounts.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar field in the IT department of a government department.
- At least 3 years of experience in using the Plus Desk Service Manage Engine.
- Mastering Arabic and English language.
