Associate Managing Consultant, Specialized Product Delivery

All About the Role
Advisors Deploy is an execution-oriented client facing competency that applies proven, accredited change skills and domain experience to partner with clients and help them drive measurable value by:

Support Strategy Execution
This role will be responsible for supporting:

  1. Managing portfolio growth and customer engagement throughout the lifecycle of a card customer.
  2. Ensuring balanced growth addressing Credit, Operations, Compliance and Service Delivery risks.
  3. The design and development of best-in-class portfolio programs based on local needs and co-creating globally scalable solutions with the central team.
  4. Managing the delivery of regulatory changes so that they are delivered timely with seamless client experience and in a cost-effective manner.

Business
Support to develop and implement strategies to grow the credit card portfolio in line with the business targets:

  1. Support initiatives related to customer engagement & balance build, including end-to-end management of campaigns across channels to grow spending and balances.
  2. Support the credit card instalment plans strategy, including the design and construction of payment plans, implementation of an effective sales strategy and optimizing revenues.
  3. Work with the Marketing and Analytics team on customer segmentation to promote the usage of existing customers.
  4. Help retain profitable customers and work with relevant teams for the implementation of a robust customer retention strategy.
  5. Review consumer behaviour and market trends to identify improvement opportunities for client engagement through tactical campaigns, market research, customer preferences, competitor analysis, and industry trends.
  6. Help manage the financial performance of the credit card portfolio, develop financial forecasts and budgets, monitor actual performance vs. targets & identify opportunities to mitigate any headwinds.
  7. Regularly assess the performance of the credit card portfolio, analyze usage patterns, evaluate profitability, monitor customer feedback and identify areas for improvement.
  8. Work closely with relevant teams to ensure that our digital platforms are functioning as per the product construct and optimize the customer journey.
  9. Focus on enhancing the customer experience throughout the customer lifecycle.
  10. Engage with relevant stakeholders for effective governance and robust controls around portfolio programs and processes.
  11. Constantly evolve KPIs and performance dashboards aligned to strategic business objectives.
  12. Management of feedback/issues involving credit card business.
  13. Work collaboratively with stakeholders across Risk management, Operations, Marketing, Retail, Analytics, Technology, Legal and Compliance, and External partners.

Responsible for supporting the execution of credit card business strategy, working with relevant stakeholders across various functions to ensure that the end-to-end journey works seamlessly for the customers.

Execution and Implementation
Support in the delivery of large programs for clients from initiation to benefit realization:

  1. Successful execution of projects across different clients/businesses, identifying and mitigating risks, solving issues, and ensuring they are implemented in line with agreed timescales, budgets and quality criteria.
  2. Develop strong bonds with clients that endure beyond a particular assignment.
  3. Identify new business opportunities to support clients with Mastercard solutions.

Team Collaboration & Culture
Develop sound business recommendations and deliver effective client presentations.

• Experience in the delivery of large, complex projects/programs in a cross-functional, multicultural environment.
• Domain knowledge of the payments industry and hands-on experience in program management.
• Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
• Able to lead, motivate and develop a team of professionals.

All About Your Education & Skills
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification. Advanced degree or MBA preferred. Relevant experience of at least 7 years in cards product and portfolio management.
