Any combination of education, technical training, and/or experience which demonstrates ability to perform the required duties. A typical qualifying background would include CCTV level experience and installation, repair, replacement, and maintenance of related security systems. Candidate will be under general supervision of Project Engineer in charge of the project. Will be required to perform skilled work, including minor carpentry, drilling works as and when necessary.
Work Experience:
- 3-5 years' experience in security services companies
- Must have extensive knowledge of UAE
Responsibilities:
- Installs security systems components, units and printed circuit boards following instructions from Project Engineer e.g. cameras, motion detectors, electronic locks etc.
- Installs structured cabling for various systems .i.e. CCTV, Access control, Intrusion detection etc.
- Install and service various Intrusion, CCTV, and Access Control Systems in both commercial and high end residential environments.
- Travel to various customer sites performing installation and service work.
- Be a highly motivated self-starter capable of working independently as well as in group settings.
- Be well organized and able to multi-task.
- Have good verbal and written communications skills.
- Be experienced and able to use hand tools and small power tools e.g. drilling machines, screwdrivers & cutters.
- Be able to read and understand technical drawings, datasheets, and written work instructions.
- Having prior education, training & knowledge of basic electronics, security systems e.g. IP Surveillance, Intrusion detection, Access control and/or electronic power supplies are all plusses.
- Should have initiative to fabricate parts, cables to ensure an installation will be successfully executed Works closely with the Project Engineer.
- Should have knowledge of common safety practices.

Education:
- High School as minimum.
- IT Diploma certification will be an asset.
