• Bachelor’s degree in public relations, communications, journalism, political science, international affairs or a related field.
• Master or post-graduate education is preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in public relations, with a proven track record of successful PR campaign executions.
• Leadership and team management skills, with experience leading and developing a PR writing and content team.
• Excellent Arabic and English written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to craft compelling messaging and pitches.
• Proficiency in media relations, crisis communication, and content creation.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and media contacts.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a results-oriented mindset.
• Familiarity with PR tools and software for media monitoring, analytics, and reporting.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic agency environment.
