Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Investment Consultant fluent in Arabic and English. The ideal candidate will assist clients in buying and investing in land while providing exceptional service and guidance in both languages. As an integral team member, you will help clients navigate the local real estate market, negotiate deals, and ensure a smooth transaction process.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist clients in buying lands.
  2. Provide expert advice on market trends, pricing, and property values.
  3. Help clients navigate legal requirements and paperwork associated with real estate transactions.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  5. Negotiate property deals on behalf of clients, ensuring the best outcomes for all parties.
  6. Utilize various marketing tools to advertise properties and attract potential buyers or tenants.
  7. Keep up to date with real estate laws, trends, and regulations in both the local market and international markets.
  8. Provide bilingual (Arabic and English) communication to clients, ensuring clarity and comfort in all interactions.

Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience as an Investment Consultant or in a similar sales role.
  2. Fluency in Arabic and English is a must (spoken and written).
  3. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  4. In-depth knowledge of local real estate market conditions.
  5. Ability to understand and explain complex property contracts and documents.
  6. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  7. Tech-savvy with proficiency in using real estate platforms, CRM systems, and digital marketing tools.
  8. Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  9. Real Estate License (if required by local regulations).
  10. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings when necessary.
