Physiotherapist

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients with musculoskeletal conditions, including taking detailed medical histories and performing physical examinations.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on assessment findings and patient goals.
• Utilize manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and modalities to address musculoskeletal issues and promote recovery.
• Educate patients and their families on their conditions, treatment plans, and strategies for injury prevention and self-management.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate with physicians, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care and ensure a holistic approach to patient management.
• Stay updated with the latest research and developments in musculoskeletal physiotherapy to provide evidence-based care.
• Participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution.
• Proven experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role.
• Current licensures or certification to practice as a physiotherapist in the UAE.
• Excellent knowledge of musculoskeletal anatomy, bio-mechanics, and therapeutic modalities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Arabic Speaker with proficiency in English is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage a varied caseload.
• Experience with advanced musculoskeletal techniques, such as dry needling, joint mobilization, or sports rehabilitation.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a patient-centered approach to care.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying abreast of industry trends.
