Educate patients and their families on their conditions, treatment plans, and strategies for injury prevention and self-management.
Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
Collaborate with physicians, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care and ensure a holistic approach to patient management.
Stay updated with the latest research and developments in musculoskeletal physiotherapy to provide evidence-based care.
Participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution.
Proven experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role.
Current licensures or certification to practice as a physiotherapist in the UAE.
Excellent knowledge of musculoskeletal anatomy, bio-mechanics, and therapeutic modalities.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Arabic Speaker with proficiency in English is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage a varied caseload.
Experience with advanced musculoskeletal techniques, such as dry needling, joint mobilization, or sports rehabilitation.
Strong problem-solving skills and a patient-centered approach to care.
