Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Marketing Specialist to join our team!
What You’ll Be Doing:
Participate in the formation of the marketing strategy and marketing plan.
Assist with day-to-day marketing and communication activities including both internal and external communication such as social media campaigns, speaking engagements, presentations, exhibitions, and recruitment marketing activities.
Gather and organize information from multiple sources, coordinate priorities with the manager, and transmit information to the appropriate support group for review, word processing, or graphics design work.
Manage deliverable schedules and immediately notify the manager of potential delays.
Participate in resource planning to enable the marketing group to meet all production milestones.
Manage the production of marketing and promotional materials including brochures, videos, merchandise, etc.
Be accountable for the accuracy of marketing and PR information.
Copywrite for marketing campaigns such as emails and social media posts.
Monitor and report on all marketing and PR campaigns to measure reach and success.
Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
Report directly to the Marketing Manager MEA.
What Required Skills You’ll Bring:
Bachelor's degree; ideally in marketing, public relations, or communication.
At least 5 years of experience in a related field, preferably in B2B marketing, with a proven track record of developing and executing multichannel marketing campaigns.
Excellent written and oral communication and exceptionally strong business English.
Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
Strong interpersonal skills and general office practice skills.
Creative approach to communication and brand awareness.
Knowledge of MS Office products.
