HR Projects & Transformation Administrator (6 Months)

This role is responsible for supporting the P&C Business Partners in leading strategic P&C initiatives across Asia, the Middle East, and Trkiye. This role aims to drive the P&C transformation and enhance operational efficiency by implementing innovative processes. This individual will support as well in administration and data management to ensure consistency and accuracy in our employee data. Analytical skills and data management will be needed to make informed strategic decisions and improve employee engagement. Collaborating with diverse stakeholders, this position plays a critical role in fostering a culture of continuous improvement and aligning P&C practices with organizational goals. The role will require a high degree of initiative and discretion in work interactions while handling a high volume of operations administrative work.

P&C Support

  1. Support with Recruitment, with responsibility for candidate screening and contact, arranging interviews and assessments and developing and updating job descriptions.
  2. Support with visa, residency, and government affairs matters for the MET markets.

Project Management:

  1. Lead and manage P&C projects from conception to execution, ensuring alignment with organizational goals across the Asia, Middle East, and Trkiye regions.
  2. Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and track progress against established milestones.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions tailored to regional needs.

Analytical Skills & Data Management:

  1. Utilize HR metrics and analytics to assess the effectiveness of P&C programs and initiatives across different regions.
  2. Support with the collection and collation of P&C metrics across multiple markets, ensuring accuracy for Global HR reporting.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  1. Work closely with leadership and employees across regions to communicate project objectives and gather feedback.
  2. Support with workshops & training sessions to ensure understanding & buy-in for transformation initiatives.
  3. Stay updated on P&C trends and best practices in Asia, the Middle East, and Trkiye to recommend enhancements to existing processes and systems.
  4. Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the function.

Experience Required

  1. 3+ years experience in an HR administration role.
  2. Experience of handling recruitment and UAE onboarding and offboarding processes.
  3. Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  4. Experience in fostering stakeholder engagement and collaboration across diverse teams and cultures.
