Job Description: We are seeking a Quality Assurance (QA) Executive to oversee and enhance the quality of interactions within our contact centre, ensuring exceptional customer service experiences. The role is pivotal in maintaining and improving qualitative engagement with our customers, aligning with our brand values in the real estate development sector. The QA Specialist will monitor, evaluate, and provide feedback on customer interactions while collaborating with teams to optimize processes and training.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Real Estate, or a related field (Bachelor's degree is an advantage).
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a quality assurance role within a contact center, preferably in the real estate or luxury service industry.
Skills:
Strong understanding of contact center operations, customer service methodologies, and quality assurance frameworks.
Experience in coaching, feedback delivery, and performance enhancement programs.
Familiarity with CRM and contact center tools (e.g., Salesforce, Genesys, or similar systems).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on active listening.
